If this looks familiar to you, it’s because we recently feature Gaby D’Alessandro’s stunning Darwinian image of the day, and both the images are incredibly similar. Last time, Gaby created an illustration centred on the foliage and greenery of the Galapagos Islands for Nautilus magazine, which you can see right here. This time around, she drew Erich Jarvis (an avian scientist, if the image was above wasn’t a dead giveaway) for Duke Magazine.
We were so enamoured by Gaby’s detailed, distinguished style that we had to feature both illustrations. For more illustrative inspiration, see Gaby’s behance portfolio, or see her website, twitter or instagram to connect.
