From all of the team here at thortful, we hope that you are staying safe and doing well during this unprecedented time. Our small team is now working from home and adapting to our new normal, as we imagine you are too. Google Hangouts and Slack are keeping us all connected and we are loving connecting with more of you than ever over email.
An email was sent directly to your mailbox on March 24th from our Founder & CEO, Andy Pearce but for those who didn’t get a chance to read it, here’s a copy of his personal message to you;
In light of these strange and unfamiliar times, I wanted to reassure you that we are continuing to print and dispatch thortful orders as normal. We understand that the COVID-19 crisis will hit businesses like yours hard, and you are relying on your thortful royalties now more than ever. Please rest assured that we are working closely with our friends at the Royal Mail to ensure our cards are sent out both swiftly and safely, so that we can continue to support you, our creative community.
As many of us are forced to keep our distance from loved ones, sending a card is a lovely way to stay in touch, so we will be giving 1,000 codes to our customers for a free Standard A5 Card, each day for the next three weeks. Whilst these cards will be free to our customers, we will pay you 20p for each of your designs sent as cards. We hope that this helps lift spirits and makes people feel more connected as we all navigate through this uncertain time.
We’re all in this together, and as part of our creative community you are at the heart of everything we do. If you have any questions or want to connect with the team, Letitia and Grace are always contactable at email@example.com.
We feel very honoured to be in a position where we can still produce and despatch cards safely plus support our growing community.
If you have some cards that you think could brighten up someone’s day then why not share on your social media profiles & hashtag #thortfulcards. Below are some spring inspired assets which you can use to promote your thortful cards.
